We manufacture custom-made and OEM parts made of carbon (CFRP) consistently from prototype to mass production. We can also mold complex curved shapes and three-dimensional shapes that are difficult to process with flat plate machining. During production, we create dedicated jigs and perform molding and processing based on the customer's design data (in STEP format). The jig costs vary depending on the shape, but a minimum of approximately 100,000 to 200,000 yen per part is required. Since small-scale production can be costly, we recommend requesting parts intended for mass production. After manufacturing at our overseas partner factories, we conduct inspections in Japan to confirm quality before delivery. Surface finishes (glossy or matte) and weave patterns are also selectable. We can accommodate mass production after you confirm the quality with the prototype. Please note that we do not support the creation of design data or measurements and 3D data creation from actual objects. Please prepare your drawings and design data and feel free to consult with us.
